KillProcess 2.43 has now been fully tested on the new Windows 7 Beta. A brand new kill list entitled "Clean Windows 7" and can be downloaded from here

The new Task bar in Windows 7 will make it unnecessary to minimize the application to the notification area (which is default in version 2.43).

The behavior of the application will also be pretty strange if the user selects to close the application from the task bar (using the red x as seen below) directly if the "Minimize on Close" option is selected (which is also a default setting in 2.43).

The result will be that the application will minimize to the taskbar, and if the application already was minimized at this point absolutely nothing will happen. This is a particularly odd behavior of any app and I can be wise to have a different set of default settings for Windows 7 in the next release of KillProcess.

To change this behavior simply un-check the "Minimize of Close" setting as seen below:
